The Fisherman Wife’s Baked Halibut

Marinade your halibut or other white fish in any dry white wine in the morning and put it in the refrigerator.

Before dinner, preheat the oven to 500 degrees  Bring your fish to room temperature. Salt and pepper your fish to your liking.

In a bowl blend 1 cup sour cream, 1 cup mayonnaise, 1 tbsp dill, 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese.

With fish in a baking dish, pour your blend on and over the fish. Bake for 10 minutes.  My favorite go-to is easy and a family dinner favorite!
